EYS screw-press separator is designed to mechanically separate solids and liquid portions of fiber-rich materials. These can be waste products such as animal manure, paper pulp, orange peel, etc., which still have potential economic value if processed further properly. EYS Separator offers a solution to turn these by-products into valuable and marketable products that can generate additional economic value for its customers.
EYS GK3000-2 compost turner is designed to convert dried manure into valuable compost by turning the bulk manure periodically. Turning the dry manure breaks it into homogenous particles and facilitates the formation of small air pockets within the bulk manure. This is essential for the chemical reactions to take place that are required for an high quality compost. With EYS GK3000-2, you can achieve excellent quality compost within only a fraction of the time that would be required if the manure were left alone.
EYS manure pumps are designed to transfer manure from the collection pit to the separator (or to another intermediate collection location if needed). EYS pumps are either of submersible type or on a vertical shaft at varying lengths depending on application.
